Act of Contrition
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart.
In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good,
I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things.
I firmly intend, with the help of Your grace, to do penance,
to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.
Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us.
In his name, my God, have mercy.

or:
O my God, I am sorry for my sins because I have offended you. I know I should love you above all things. Help me to do penance, to do better, and to avoid anything that might lead me to sin. Amen.

Jesus Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, have mercy on me, a sinner.
Come Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful.
And kindle in them the fire of Your love.
Send forth Your Spirit and they shall be created.
And You shall renew the face of the earth.
Prayer to the Holy Spirit
O God, by the light of the Holy Spirit You have taught the heart of your faithful.
In the same Spirit, help us to know what is truly right and always to rejoice in Your consolation.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Grace Before Meals
Bless us, O Lord, and these thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Angelus
The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary: And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.
  Hail Mary...
Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.
  Hail Mary...
And the Word was made Flesh: And dwelt among us.
  Hail Mary...
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us pray: Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
St. Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the Power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who prowl about the earth seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
Prayer for Humility
O my Jesus, give me a humble and contrite heart. Amen.
Glorious St. Joseph (Pope Pius X)
Glorious St. Joseph, model of all who are devoted to labour, obtain for me the grace to work in the spirit of penance in expiation of my many sins; to work conscientiously by placing love of duty above my inclinations; to gratefully and joyously deem it an honour to employ and to develop by labour the gifts I have received from God, to work methodically, peacefully, and in moderation and patience, without ever shrinking from it through weariness or difficulty to work; above all, with purity of intention and unselfishness, having unceasingly before my eyes death and the account I have to render of time lost, talents unused, goods not done, and vain complacency in success, so baneful to the work of God. All for Jesus, all for Mary, all to imitate thee, O patriarch St. Joseph! This shall be my motto for life and eternity. Amen.
Prayer to St. Joseph
Dear Patron of God's Church, you are honored by her as the Worker, the humble carpenter of Nazareth. According to St. Teresa of Avila, you are universal in your intercessions. Inspire workers of all kinds to walk ever in your footsteps as faithful servants coupling charity with justice and becoming true followers of Jesus.
Annuniciation to St. Joseph (Matt 1:21-22)
Behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph is his sleep saying, Joseph, son of David, be not afraid to take Mary thy wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son and you shall name Him Jesus for He will save his people from their sins.
Aaronic Blessing (Numbers 6:24-26)
The Lord bless you and keep you:
The Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.
